‘Peluts’ programme
La Societat Protectora d’Animals de Mataró broadcasts the radio programme ‘Peluts’ since 2007. Every week, the programme spreads awareness on the cases where animals need to be adopted, explains the reality of animal shelters and promotes a responsible possession of animals. Thanks to the altruistic collaboration of Mataró Ràdio, the programme can be recorded and broadcasted in their studios.

We’ve been managing animal shelters, suffering the consequences of abandonment and working to protect the animals rights. Although things have evolved positively in the recent years, there’s a lot to be done yet: animal abandonament and mistreatment continue in our society and shelters continue being in a state of precariousness to attend all these lives, extremely fragile and vulnerable.
