News about veterinary interventions on our animals

Thanks to the collaboration of all the people who support our work, this last month we have been able to operate Kinder, a 12 year old dog with osteoarthritis in the hip, who needed to be operated to be able to walk without pain.

We asked for help to do an arthroplasty, but at the time of the intervention, the orthopedic surgeon decided that it was a priority to operate on the cruciate ligaments and that, further ahead, once recovered, the arthroplasty would be done. For this reason, all that we have collected for his case will help us for the two operations, one that has already been done and a second one that will be done later on. Always doing everything possible for our animals to have quality of life.

On the other hand, we have good news about Vans, the podenco that we had to operate a second time because he rejected the first intervention. The good Vans is in a therapeutic foster home to recover, and the truth is that they have already sent us images and video clips where you can see Vans supporting his paw and even doing some runs. This second intervention, which we have also been able to do thanks to your help, has been a success!

Thanks a million for your help! Without you we could not help them!
